PS-001Masashi Kageyama, the original composer of Gimmick!, revisits and reimagines eight tracks from the legendary 1992 game for the first time in over three decades. In addition to Kageyama’s stunning contributions, the album features arrangements from an all-star lineup of composers, including Manami Matsumae (Mega Man), Harumi Fujita (Tomba!), Takahiro Izutani (Metal Gear Solid, Bayonetta), Tee Lopes (Sonic Mania), and Brave Wave’s in-house rock band Super Strikers.
Featuring stunning illustrations by Matt Cummings, and designed by awards-winning British designer Caspian Whistler and ex-Bungie Andrew Elmore. This CD release includes the full GIANTS album on two discs, plus a 20-page booklet with commentary by director Mohammed Taher and the legion of participating game composers.

Limited Run Games to create a new arranged soundtrack for
The Scheme, a 2D side-scrolling action game originally released for the PC-88 in Japan in 1988 and one of the earliest games Koshiro composed for.
We’re excited to bring you his debut album, Shifting Approximations of Solitude. It’s a hypnotizing, deliberate and intricate ambient album, unlike anything you’ve heard from Brave Wave before. Spencer fuses beautiful harmonies, lush pads, pianos and experimental sounds with a rich and layered production style.
SNK and Brave Wave Productions are proud to reveal their third collaboration, Generation Series 009: PULSTAR for CD and vinyl. Originally released for NEO GEO in 1995, 2D shooter PULSTAR became a cult classic among SNK fans, featuring fast-paced gameplay, graphics and music. The soundtrack is composed by ex-SNK composer Harumi Fujita.
When the Tigertron team set out to create the soundtrack for “Jupiter & Mars”, an underwater adventure game starring two dolphins, they wanted to leave an impression, and that meant moving away from the type of music one might find in a nature documentary, as beautiful as that may be. Instead, as with every aspect of the game’s development, the team had to be very specific about the kind of soundtrack it created for the game’s ruined future Earth.

The music trajectory of our Brooklyn-based producer is fascinating to follow, as he went from releasing his first solo album on Bandcamp and finessing video game remixes on our label and elsewhere, to releasing experimental albums on other online imprints and even working side by side with chiptune-extraordinaire Anamanaguchi and Brave Wave‘s legendary Mega Man composer Manami Matsumae.
Brave Wave is proud to announce the release of a new arrangement soundtrack for the legendary SEGA Saturn RPG, Panzer Dragoon Saga. Saori Kobayashi, the game’s original co-composer, has selected 20 tracks from the original game and given them fresh, new arrangements that will allow longtime series fans to reminisce about the game’s iconic music while simultaneously experiencing it in a brand new way.
